Instructions
  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and immediately drench in cold water to cool.
  2. Toast the coconut in the oven at 250 °F. About 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully as coconut can got from toasted to burned very quickly.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over high heat, melt the coconut oil. When hot, toss in green beans, mustard seed and pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Plate on a large platter and sprinkle beans with the toasted coconut.
