Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, boil 5 cups water. Add peppers and continue boiling 5 minutes. When done, pour off water and rinse with cold water. When peppers are cool, peel skin off the peppers and remove the stem and seeds.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
