Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut ⅓ off the top of the garlic head. Place on foil and drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil. Sprinkle with salt. Place top on the garlic head. Seal garlic in the foil.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. When cool, squeeze garlic from the head into a bowl. Mash garlic with a fork.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the garlic and then whisk until well blended and creamy.
  5. Use immediately or it may be stored for 1 week sealed in the refrigerator.
