  1. Preheat oven at 375° F.
  2. In a bowl of a stand mixer, combine the cornstarch, sugar, eggs, butter and salt together until it reaches a consistently smooth texture.
  3. Roll out and use a cookie cutter or your hands to roll it into cookie sized balls. Place on a greased cookies sheet. Use a fork to create ridges on the top of the cookies.
  4. Once you have formed all the pieces, place it on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 8-9 minutes until they are beginning to brown slightly. Don't cook too long as you want them to be soft.
  6. When done, remove from oven and cool on a cookie rack.
